FAQ 2: How to Use Batch Operation in PC/Windows

For the LDCloud users, the batch operation is a very useful function. If you are a new user, who doesn't try batch operation before, you will get a simple introduction to know how to use batch operation in this article.

 1. Select the device in advance.

2. Then select "batch management" in the upper operation bar, and then select the device you want to operate.

3. You can make a factory reset or restart your device, or you can name and group your devices in batches.
