5. Choose Jobs With Highest EXP

Prioritization is the biggest part of getting the most amount of EXP. In games like ROX, everyone can work hard, however, the one who works smart will always be one step ahead. At this point, we're talking about prioritization more smartly. To prioritize means to look at the Job Level and always hunt mobs that have higher job EXP than Base EXP. 

This will allow you to take on a few difficult challenges, however, you will easily advance to the next job class much earlier, ultimately getting the most amount of EXP in the easiest way possible. You will need to take at least 50 job levels to change the class and 50 again to move to the 3rd job class. So your goal should be to move to higher job classes as they will not only give you better items and equipment, but you will also be improving your overall skills in the game. 

4. Unlock Odin's Blessing

Odin's Blessing is sort of an EXP multiplier that helps you increase the rewards of your grinding. In other words, you will get around 5 times more EXP, item drops, and Zeny if you apply Odin's Blessing in the game.

To unlock this tool, you will need to reach level 23. And to maximize your rewards, you will need to turn it on when you're fighting big monsters. The bigger the monster, the bigger the rewards. 

3. Avoid EXP Penalty

The EXP penalty is real and sadly, not a lot of people know about it. So, ROX is built in a way where, if you fight the monsters that are just 3 levels below or above your current level, you'll get the most EXP from them. A monster that is 6 levels above or below you will give you 80% and the list goes on.

The best rule of thumb is to fight monsters that are within 3 levels below or above you to get the most amount of EXP from them. It's simple math but it sure makes one hell of a difference in the long run. 

2. Mission Board Quests

One of the most basic ways you can get the most amount of EXP is by completing Mission Board Quests daily. Each day, you can take up to 10 quests using the mission board and these tasks are quite simple. These quests will ultimately give you a good amount of EXP, Zeny, and even Odin's Blessings that you can later on use for EXP farming purposes. 

Some Mission Board quests will also double the rewards and you should double down on those first. Every 5 AM server time, the mission board will have new missions and you should follow those as early as possible.

1. Don't Skip Main Quests

As you start playing ROX, all you need to focus on is Main Quests at first. These quests are quite easy and they're the main EXP building component. If playing ROX was like building a chest for a workout, Main Quests would've been the bench press of it. It is an important part of building your EXP in the simplest way possible. 

By focusing on Main Quests, you will be able to get to level 25 with ease. It is the most efficient way possible.
