Purchase & Renewal Guide For LDCloud PC Version

The latest PC version(V 2.2.0) of LDCloud now supports the“Purchase” function. Please download the latest PC version from our official website. (Please refer to the app for the latest features.)

Balance Recharge

1. Please select your region in the "Balance Recharge" interface. We currently support payment methods from Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan. In addition, we also support Global Credit Cards.

2. After step one, please select a payment method. Confirm and pay.

Add Cloud Phone

1. Select the device you want to purchase from the "Add Cloud Phone" interface. We currently have three types of devices, XVIP, KVIP series, and VIP9. If you have no idea about these devices, click here to view more information.

2. After step one, please select a server. We recommend that you choose the server closest to your location. (Server can change through the "Replace" function.)

3. After selecting a server, please choose a plan. Confirm and pay.

Renew Cloud Phone

1. In the "Renew Cloud Phone" interface, select the device you want to renew.

2. After step one, select a plan. Confirm and pay.

Kindly note that sometimes your order may be delayed by about 10-15 minutes. However, if you do not receive your order for a long time, feel free to contact us on our official Facebook.
