Neural Cloud is one of the most popular RPGs to be released in recent times. After closing its first beta ever, it already surpassed 100,000 downloads on just the Google Play store and before that, it was pre-registered over 1 million times.

The game has a non-linear RPG gameplay where players can set out on their own journey without a set of guides or rules to strictly follow. Hence, customization and creativity are big aspects of Neural Cloud.

Neural Cloud Tiers and Probability

When we talk about rarities, there are three main rarities in Neural Cloud and they are as follows:

● 3-Star Dolls – 3.6% probability of being summoned

● 2-Star Dolls – 18.6% probability of being summoned

● 1-Star Dolls – 77.8% probability of being summoned

S-Tier Dolls

1. Florence (3-Star)

Florence is one of the best dolls that comes with a 3-star rating. This means that she is one of the rarest characters you can get in the entire game. She is a medic-type doll and the best healer you can find in Neural Cloud. 

She also uses the Protection Buff that reduces the damage to your allies, giving them an extra layer of protection. Moreover, Florence's main ability is called Special Care where she will heal the lowest HP ally with 500% Calculation Power. Other abilities of Florence include Forbidden Secret Medicine and Charming Angle. 

All these overpowered abilities make Florence one of the best characters from Neural Cloud.

2. Croque (3-Star)

Croque is a guard-type character who is often said as the best guardian in the game. The main reason for her overpowered guarding abilities is that not only can she withstand a huge amount of damage but she also possesses crowd-controlling effects. 

Her abilities include Perseverance, Aegis Shield, and Machine God's Roar. All of the abilities are aimed at providing protection and saving herself and the allies.

3. Gin (3-Star)

Gin is another Medic-type character that is a 3-star player. Even though Gin is quite similar to Florence in the "type", he is different in a way where his healing is based on defense rather than curing everyone.

His abilities include Drunken Feast where he gains a 30% critical strike rate for the next 8 seconds, Cloud Server Special,  and Amber Dreams. He is easily one of the top 3 characters from Neural Cloud and you should surely aim for him if you ever get the chance. 

A-Tier Dolls

1. Twigs (3-Stars)

Twigs is a sniper-type character who is one of the best offensive players in the game. Her passive skill Threads of Life is one of the best attacks in the game. Other attacks include Flowery Flow and Needle Work which are effective in taking out enemies from a distance.

The best part about Twigs is that her attack buff can really take her offensive abilities to the next level and take out even the strongest enemies. 

2. Angela (2-Star)

One of the best Specialist-type players in the game. Her passive ability is Daytime Fable where all the enemies lose 25% of their ability haste after using their skill. This can become really important when you are fighting alongside your team. 

Her other abilities include Night of the Witch and Phantasmagoria of the Dragon's Nest. She has amazing crowd control and her attacking abilities are good too. Maybe not as good as many other characters but not the worst either. 

3. Vee (3-Star)

Vee comes from the Fighter type class and her passive ability is Soul Eater Mask. With her passive ability, Vee can attack her opponents from a long-range by creating a mask out of their enemies. Her abilities are offensive and a little bit creepy.

Other abilities of Vee include Painful Aesthetic and Bizzare Face-Changing Display. She is a great character but not an awesome one as everything about Vee is actually mediocre. 

 

B-Tier Dolls

1. Lam (1-Star)

Lam is a mediocre sniper from Neural Cloud but still gets the job done when it comes to attacking enemies. Her main attack is the Slide Rule which makes her attacking speed fixed to 100 points. This gives her a boost in her overall attacking speed and offensive ability, making her a good character to use in battles.

Lam's other abilities include Induction Blaster Cannon and Vector Tunneling. Even though Lam isn't the strongest sniper from Neural Cloud, she is a good pick for when you have no other choice. 

2. Groove (1-Star)

Groove is a Specialist type character in Neural Cloud. She isn’t the most powerful character since all of her stats are just mediocre. Her passive ability is Playful Warmup and whenever an ally dodges and attacks, her skill gauge fills the charges by up to two points. 

Moreover, her active ability is known as Dazzling Night Dance where she applies a Waltz Buff to all the allies for a total of 8 seconds. When we talk about versatility, Groove is a great character but she doesn't have all the important stats to dominate other characters in the game. At last, she also has the Sonic Boom ability which can deal up to 300% calculation damage to all enemies.

Neural Cloud is a revolutionary RPG because it has so many unique aspects to it. The game lets you select some of the best characters to play with and leverage them in combat.
