Persona 5: The Phantom X is a new RPG game that is a spin-off of Persona 5 from the Persona series. You must gather several Personas in Persona 5: The Phantom X in order to change into them and use your team to destroy every enemy you come across. S-Tier

Mona

Mona is easily one of the S-tier characters due to her elemental abilities and her role. While being a healer, her melee damage is great, the gun damage is decent, and her wind element effect attributes to a whopping 149.4% wind damage to one enemy.

Skull

Skull uses physical elements and is the perfect DPS in the game. Moreover, his gun damage and physical abilities are off the chart, making him a great choice for anyone who is looking to make a mark in the game.

Panther

When it comes to Panther, the fire attribute is quite a brutal one. Moreover, you can also leverage the elemental powers to deal with a significant damage of 128.8% to all the enemies, increasing damage Fire skills by 51.2% for 1 turn.

Rin

Rin is more of a debuffer but her abilities will shock you. With the Curse element, she can deal with 96% of Curse damage to the opponents, also increasing damage taken by 44.8% and also a 30% chance to inflict Forget.

Riddle

Riddle is a psychic phantom who has excellent debuffing abilities. Having her on the team is crucial if you want to make your enemies suffer. Moreover, with Psy,  you can deal 240% psy damage which increases a lot, halting your opponent's normal working.

Joker

Joke is one of the most popular characters in the game and is a 5-star player who is an AoE DPS. Moreover, he uses the Curse elemental to deal with 134.4% Curse damage to the opponents, making them weaker and giving you a chance to become stronger than ever.

A-Tier

Fox

When it comes to Fox, while she is an excellent character, she is in the A tier mainly due to the gun abilities not being on par with some of the S-tier characters. Moreover, her role in the game is defense, which is great since she pairs it up with the Ice elemental abilities to damage one enemy. She also gains 73.2% Defense HP with no turn limit.

Queen

Queen is a DPS with Nuke as the element. Her attacking abilities are great but where she really shines is in the elemental department. By using the Nuke element, she can do 256% of Nuke damage to one enemy and give them a random debuff, making the whole enemy team unstable.

Oracle

Oracle is another great navigator role character but the elemental powers are none. However, there are potentials that she has, which make her stronger. For example, she can use Playfulness and Aftermath to attack opponents and get buffs that are quite useful for her.

Noir

Noir is a Psy elemental character with AoE DPS as the role. She is an amazing character with 134.4% elemental damage to all the opponents with one random enemy receiving further debuffs.

Crow

Crow is a very popular character who uses the Bless element. He is a striking DPS with amazing attacking abilities and highlight powers that would shock you. While it is complex how Crow works, he is one of the best characters you can get in the game.

BUI

BUI uses the electrical element and is known to be the perfect debuff in the game. Her abilities can increase the attack of all party members by a whopping 32% and their crits by 16% for a total of two turns.

B-Tier

Cattle

Cattle is a cute B-tier character from the game but the abilities are off the charts. Moreover, with Cattle's firepower, her attack is quite brutal. But the key highlight comes with her ability to cure the characters.

For example, the Heal attack heals all party members for 25.6% attack + 83 HP.

Closer

Closer is the perfect player if you're looking to deal a ton of damage to your opponents. She is an AoE DPS with electricity as the element. With her electric attacks, she can deal 108.8% damage to all the enemies and further enhance her team's attacking abilities.

Soy

Soy is an ice elemental with defense as the main ability. He has amazing defense but the attack is where he suffers. However, being a normal character at B-tier, even if you get Soy early on in the game, consider yourself lucky.

Yuki

Yiki might not be the best character but her blessed abilities give her such a boost when it comes to defense. Her HP is off the charts, and with normal attacking abilities,  you can expect a lot from her.

C-Tier

Mont

Mont is an ice-type DPS with great damage. She can do 224% ice damage to one enemy but other than that, you can't expect a lot from her. However, if you get her early in the game, she can be a good striking DPS, especially because of her high attacking abilities.

Fleuret

A wind-type DPS, Fleuret has great attacking and defensive abilities. If you are looking for a character that would never disappoint you when it comes to being the most balanced one, then you should look for Fleuret.

Sepia

Sepia is a good character in the game especially with his ability to inflict curses on the opponents. Dealing with 63.5% curse damage, you can not go wrong with him.

Leon

Leon is a nuke elemental buffer character with a lot of supporting abilities for the team. If you want a character who can give you the time of your life while providing you S-tier characters with basic buffs, go for this one.
