Ragnarok Origin Global 10/18 Patch Update - New Halloween Event is Online!

Gravity Game Hub PTE. LTD. has unleashed a 10/18 patch for Ragnarok Origin Global. This update brings players exciting new content and Halloween events. And here's the cherry on top: you can now experience these electrifying changes on your PC or Mobile via LDCloud. Let's see what's new in this update!

New Contents

Moonlit Arena

From October 18th to December 11th, the first season of Moonlit Arena will be available every weekend from 12:00 to 23:59. During this time, adventurers can choose from different builds, each with pre-determined stats, skills and a full set of Refine +15 equipment. They can queue up solo or as a team to participate in matchmaking. Moonlit Arena adopts the ban and pick method, where each team can ban a specific class from being selected and then choose their desired classes. However, each team has a limit on how many identical builds they can choose.

The winning condition is simple - the first team to reach a certain number of kills wins. Adventurers can earn trophies for winning, losing, and being the MVP. Trophy count determines the seasonal rankings, and specific ranks offer rewards such as Time-Space Optional Chest, Spiral Water Gun (Backwear), Chat Bubble: Grimlotus, and Portrait Frame: Grimlotus. Additionally, Moonlit Coins can be earned per match, which can be used to redeem items in the Moonlit Shop.

However, there are a few things to keep in mind. To participate in the Moonlit Arena, adventurers must be at least level 70 or above. There is also a weekly cap of 550 Moonlit Coins per adventurer. If adventurers queue up as a team, the trophy differences between any two members cannot exceed 600. Finally, to test-play this mode, adventurers can create a custom room in which the match results will not affect their trophies.

Halloween Events

Login Rewards

During the event period from 10/18 at 5:00 to 10/28 at 4:59, adventurers can claim Numba Wan Ticket (Refining) *2 every day by logging in. If adventurers choose to upgrade their login rewards, they can get an additional Numba Wan Ticket (Cogwheel) *2 and Numba Wan Ticket (Sigil) *1 every day. Please note that each adventurer can only claim the login rewards for a maximum of 7 days.

Trick or Treat

Starting from October 23 at 5:00 AM to November 1 at 4:59 AM, players can earn Halloween Candies and Halloween Pouches by completing daily commissions. Players can offer these candies to NPC children who will randomly appear in major towns. By doing so, players will receive Trick-or-Treat gifts and Halloween Delicate Packs that contain valuable items such as Time & Space Feather Chests, Conqueror's Berdysz, Guild Token Chests, and more. Please note that each adventurer can only offer candies 10 times per day.

Flower Cart

From October 23rd to November 1st, a flower cart will roam the streets of Prontera every night between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Adventurers are invited to follow the cart and collect the candies that it drops. Gathering candies can reward you with various items and Halloween Delicate Packs. It's important to note that each adventurer can only collect candies from the flower cart 10 times per day.

Side Quests

During the period from October 23rd at 5:00 AM to November 1st at 4:59 AM, you will have access to a series of Halloween-themed quests. These quests include the following:

Naughty Child (Lv.25)

Halloween Wandering Guide (Lv.35)

An Oracle's Concern (Lv.35)

An Emergency Order (Lv.40)

The Creepy Candlelight (Lv.40)

Unnatural Tales (Lv.60)

Please note that these side quests will no longer be available after the event ends.

Halloween Party

A Halloween Party will be held in Prontera on the night of 10/31, starting at 22:05. The party is a great opportunity for adventurers to gain Base and Job EXP. Mini-games will also be available, which will award Halloween Party Gifts to all participants and Halloween Radiance Packs to those who excel. These gifts may include items such as the Naughty Mouse Circlet (Headwear), the title "Halloween Eve 2023", and other prank items. To enter the party, adventurers can talk to Gryll near the Prontera Fountain.

Halloween Costume Merchant

Adventurers can find Gryll near the Prontera Fountain from 10/23 at 5:00 to 11/1 at 4:59. They can purchase Halloween costumes such as Baphomet's Horn (20d), Reaper Hoodie (20d), Familiar Eye Mask (20d), Evil Costume Rental Pack (20d), and Reaper Costume Rental Pack (20d) with Zeny.

Pet Memorizing Event

From 10/20 at 5:00 to 10/28 at 4:59, adventurers can participate in the Pet Memorizing event every day and earn abundant rewards.

Desire for Battle

From 10/21 at 5:00 to 10/23 at 4:59 and 10/28 at 5:00 to 10/30 at 4:59, adventurers can enjoy an additional 60 minutes of Daily Combat duration and Monster Annihilation duration. However, if an adventurer's level is insufficient or Monster Annihilation has not been unlocked yet, they will not receive the extra Monster Annihilation time.

Deviruchi's Offer

From 10/23 at 5:00 to 10/30 at 4:59, adventurers can receive five additional Deviruchi Vouchers every day.

MVP Fever!

From 10/23 at 5:00 to 10/30 at 4:59, MVP creatures will yield more rewards and respawn more frequently. The participation awards will also grant adventurers additional loot.

Malangdo Supply

From 10/30 at 5:00 to 11/6 at 4:59, a mysterious ship will dock at Malangdo Island, and a huge supply will arrive.
