Ragnarok X: Next Generation x Demon Slayer Collaboration Event is Coming

Developed by Gravity, and published by Nuverse in SEA, Ragnarok X: Next Generation is a popular MMORPG mobile game for Ragnarok fans. In the newest update, the new impact collaboration Ragnarok X: Next Generation x Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will start in ROX December super version. 

For those who are not familiar with Demon Slayer, Demon Slayer (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, also known as 鬼滅の刃) is a popular Japanese anime series. In 2022, this series won the Best Animation award at the 6th Crunchyroll Anime Awards. With this new collaboration, ROX decided to add collaboration cards and new 2-2 classes with exclusive events. So, if you are curious about what's new in this collaboration, let's find it out.

Collaboration Cards

For the first time in the history of Ragnarok X: Next Generation, collaboration cards now come with special animations. Players can use the cards to summon characters from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba to fight alongside them. What's more, those collaboration cards not only have skills but also have awesome combat attributes!

● Tanjiro Kamado

Card Skills:

Normal Attack - Attack with the Nichirin Sword, dealing 100% water attribute physical damage

Hard Skull - Tanjiro charges forward and headbutts a single target with his forehead, causing damage and stuns the target

Water Wheel - Leap and vertically spin forward by 360 degrees in the air while releasing a slash attack

Flowing Dance - Move at high speed like a rushing flow of water, attacking in multiple directions

● Zenitsu Agatsuma

Card Skills:

Normal Attack - Attack with the Nichirin Sword, dealing 100% wind attribute physical damage
Thunderclap and Flash - Concentrate all the power to one point and turn into the top attack form. A fellow demon slayer and companion of Tanjiro Kamado. Inheritor of Thunder Breathing.

Run Away - Make a quick run in a random direction, dealing damage and stun upon hitting the targets

Sleep - Fall asleep in place, taking much less damage and taunting surrounding monsters, with a radius of 6 meters

● Inosuke Hashibira

Card Skills:

Normal Attack - Attack by swinging both blades, dealing 100% Earth attribute physical damage

Extrasensory Perception - Identify enemies and their weakness within range with his senses, greatly reducing their defense

Pierce - Slash a single target in front with two blades and deal great damage. The lower the target's HP, the higher the damage

Devour - Crossing his arms and unleashes a double slash with two blades to both sides, dealing damage to the targets in front within a certain range

● Hinokami Tanjiro Kamado

Card Skills:

Dace - Rotate around to deal damage to the nearby area, leaving burning flames on the ground for sustained damage

Fire Wheel - Spin in the air by 360 degrees and release an arc of fire with a longitudinal slash, leaving burning fire in the path for sustained damage

Burning Bones, Summer Sun - Dash to the target's position and unleash a circular fire wheel slash

● Nezuko Kamado

Mystery Card - Coming soon

Whole New 2-2 Class - Rogue and Alchemist

In this collaboration, the last two 2-2 class will make their debut in Ragnarok X: Next Generation. The new alternative T2 for Thief/Merchant - Rogue & Alchemist is coming! According to ROX, the new class will be launched on December 23-31. Therefore, players can stay tuned for official updates.
