Possessing 9 spirit rings, his offense, defense, and every other stat is off the charts. You should definitely re-roll for him!

Zhu Zhuqing

Zhu Zhuqing is an interesting case because she is an Agility Attack System spirit master who uses her swiftness to destroy her opponents. She is easily one of the strongest characters, possibly on the level where Oscar is at.

Zhu Zhuqing also has a Hell Spirit Cat that gives her a transformation to beat even the strongest of her opponents. 

Dai Mubai

This guy is not a joke! He is strong, muscular, tall, and crazy enough to destroy just about anyone in the game. He has a very strong spirit called the White Tiger that gives him claws and all the attributes of a white tiger.

Based on that, Dai Mubai is perfect for battling straight with the enemies.

Haotian Hammer

While not being a character in the game, Haotian Hammer is a spirit tool that deserves its very own spot. It uses the Power Attack System and any user that wields it becomes instantly powerful, which is something not all the spirit tools give you.

Tang San

Tang San is as strong as he is beautiful. He works differently from other characters because aside from his Spirit Rings, he also has Domains and Spirit Bones. His techniques are way off the charts when it comes to his strength but overall, he can be hard to master.

S Tier

Xiao Wu

Being the spirit form of a rabbit, Xiao Wu specializes in working at close combat fights. She is strong and uses her legs for gripping and launching attacks. She has a Rabbit beast form that gives her fluffy ears and tail, and all the abilities of a rabbit. Overall, she might not be the strongest characters in Soul Land: New World but she's among them.

Ning Rongrong

Another Auxiliary System Soul Master like Oscar, Rongrong would rarely get involved in direct fighting. She has the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda tool that allows her to decimate her opponents by providing her buffs with her spirit rings.

Ye Lingling

Another Auxiliary System Soul Master, Ye Lingling is overall just amazing. She uses a soul tool called Nine Heart Flowering Apple, which is a rare spirit and grants you more soul rings as you improve.

A Tier

Yue Guan

The elder of the spirit hall, Yue Guan uses the Chrysanthemum, which is one of the strongest soul tools that produces the Chrysanthemum fragrant. Moreover, with his 9 spirit rings, he is going to decimate most of the opponents that come his way.

Gui Mei

Gui Mei has a main power and that is Ghost Human which gives him the attributes of a ghost. This power is also a beast spirit, unlike many other spirits we've seen in the game. He also has spirit bones and spirit fusion techniques, all of which turn him into a strong character for this tier.

Dugu Bo

Dugu Bo is the Control System Soul Master who uses poison and while he is not the strongest attacker, he does his job perfectly. He is the Jade Phosphor Serpent Emperor which is a beast spirit that grants him abilities that are otherworldly. In other words, he is the perfect serpent to choose as a beginner in Soul Land: New World.

Ma Hongjun

Ma Hongjun has an interesting transformation. Firstly, he has the Evil Fire Phoenix with a total of 4 awakenings, each of which turns him into a stronger badass. He heavily relies on his fire attacks which give him the ability to dominate the battle.

B Tier

Liu Erlong

One of the best characters that you could get in the game, Liu Erlong has many great abilities at her disposal. She goes headfirst into the battle and is one of the strongest characters you could even think of. While she isn't the strongest character in the game, she is still a respectable fighter due to her Fire Dragon ability.

Ning Fengzhi

The Glazed Tile Clan's head must not be forgotten in the world of powerful characters. While he is nowhere near the strongest, his tool spirit is amongst one of the most fascinating works of art you would ever look at. Moreover, once he uses this tool, he can summon a small crystal tower with a severe layer that he can use to attack the opponents.
 
Frander

Frander is an average character who is not the best but would still get the job done. He uses his flight to gain an advantage over his opponents and beat them ultimately. He also has the strength and durability to win battles.
