This LDCloud Customer Agreement (this "Agreement") contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the LDCloud app("app", as defined below) and is an agreement between HONGKONG LDCLOUD INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED
(“LDCloud," "we," "us," or "our") and you or the entity you represent ("you").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the LDCloud. By accessing or using any part of the App, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the APP or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by LDCloud, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
LDCloud reserves the right to change the terms of its Agreement at any time. If we do change this Agreement, we will post the changes on this App or Web site. We encourage you to review this agreement each time you visit our Web site to make sure you understand our current policy on collecting and using information collected through our APP or Web site.
1. Definitions
LDCloud refers to a application software, which developed by HONGKONG LDCLOUD INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, you can download from our website ( www.LDCloud.com ) and install & apply in the related terminal of mobile & PC.LDCloud offers you with virtual Android device running in the cloud with remote control from various devices. You can upload and download applications, scripts, games to LDCloud and running them 7/24. Any separate charges, responsibility or obligations you incur in your dealings with the third parties are your responsibility. We make no representation or warranty regarding any content, goods and/or services contained in such Third Party and will not be liable for any claim relating thereto. The Third Party including third-party websites are subject to their own terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices.
2. Disclaimers
The service offerings are provided "AS IS." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory of otherwise regarding the services offerings or the Third Party Content, including any warranty that the service offerings or Third Party content will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any content, including your content or the Third Party content, will be secure or not otherwise lost or damaged. Except to all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade. The date usage would occur if you operate LDCloud under mobile date environment.
2.1Third Party Content
Third Party Content, such as software applications provided by third parties, may be made available directly to you by other companies or individuals under separate terms and conditions, including separate fees and charges. We exercise no control over Third Party, and LDCloud has no responsibility for their content, goods, services, performance, operation, availability, business practices or policies. If you decide to access any of these Third Party, you do so entirely at your own risk.
3. Services License
3.1 You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on LDCloud.
3.2 You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
3.3 You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
3.4 You will not upload content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
3.5 You will not use LDCloud to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
3.7 You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.LDCloud reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of the rules of use or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of these Terms of Service or the Service itself.LDCloud reserves the right to take action as a result, which may include terminating your Account and prohibiting you from using the Service in whole or in part.
3.8 You will not get cloud phone from any third party. You can only get cloud phone by registering an account of LDCloud or purchasing inside LDCloud app.
4. Termination
If you violate any clauses of the Agreement, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of our services to you.
5. Amendments
5.1 We'll notify you before we make changes to these terms and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use our Services
5.2 If we make changes to policies, guidelines or other terms referenced in or incorporated by this Statement, we may provide notice on the App.
5.3 Your continued use of the LDCloud Services, following notice of the changes to our terms, policies or guidelines, constitutes your acceptance of our amended terms, policies or guidelines
6. Your privacy
We will do our best to prevent the loss, misuse or alternation of your personal information submitted to the site, including your e-mail address and password, but can not be held responsible in case anything should happen.
Your e-mail address will not be publicly available and will not be sold to any third party, but in case you use our services such as requests and feedbacks the recipients will receive your relevant details as they are needed to handle your request.
7. Fees and Purchase Terms
The provision commences immediately upon acceptance byLDCloud of your purchase.
7.1.Paid Services
LDCloud offers you with virtual Android phone ("cloud phone") running in the cloud with remote control from various devices. You can upload and download applications, scripts, games to LDCloud and running them 7/24. Cloud phone ("paid services") requires payment before you can access it.
7.2. Charges
LDCloud charges by every 30 days except for the first 30 days as a special paid trial. The services will be terminated automatically when your utility time expires. You can renew the purchase if you want more utility time.
7.3 Price Revision
LDCloud may revise the pricing for the services at any time. Price changes for paid services will take effect at the start of the next purchase following the date of the price change.
7.4 Refund

8.What are the things that are not allowed to be used in LDCloud?
8.1. App Cloner - This is not allowed as it will harm the performance of the device due to over stressing the CPU usage, if found you are using app cloner we will recycle your device without prior notice
8.2. Overclocking - This is not allowed to it is almost similar to App Cloner, this will stress the overall performance for long term run and will basically damage the hardware of the devices.
8.3 Island, Multi Space, Multi Parallel, 2Accounts, Super Clone, Shelter, Parallel Space Lite/Prallel Space, Dual Space, 2 Face & ANY OTHER Dual apps - Are not allowed to be run in LDCloud if you are found so you will face punishment up to permanent ban or device removed without any warning or notice!
