SS-Tier

Suomi

One of the strongest characters in the game, Suomi, is an SSR character who knows no bounds. She wields the weapons of the SMG category and is mainly a Physical Attack character who can also deal with Freeze damage.

Suomi's skills include Pelting Snowflake, Winter's Wrath, Snow's GFrace, and Snowfield's Radiance, all of which make her the strongest character.

S-Tier

Makiatto

Makiatto is an interesting cause. She is another SSR character who uses a Sniper Rifle to attack her opponents. Just like Suomi, she can also do Freeze damage, although her overall stats aren't as strong as Suomi's.

Her attacks include Lone Wolf Territory, Cold Precision Shot, Professional Tactics, and Absolute Mental Defense. She is strong, amazing, and flawless, which you should definitely reroll for.

Qiongjiu

Another SSR character, Qiongjiu, is from the Sentinel class and uses an Assault Rifle as the weapon of her choice. With the physical element, she mixes in burn damage, which makes her overwhelmingly strong.

Her attacks include Fuse, Shared Trajectory, Guide to Victory, and Pressing the Momentum. These attacks are the finest when it comes to the fire element in the game.

Tololo

A Sentinel-class sensation, as funny as her name might sound, Tololo causes an overwhelming amount of hydro damage. She has interesting attacks like Metero, Black Hole Inversion, and Supernova Impact.

But when it comes to her ultimate attack, Morte Lumina does 180% damage to an enemy within 8 tiles, which is just super impressive.

A-Tier

Lotta

A-tier is good, but Lotta is great. She is from the Sentinel class and uses Shotgun attacks to dismantle her opponents. Interestingly enough, she also does Freeze damage even though most people expect her to be fire-type.

Her ability, called Heartless Confession, does 80% damage to 1 enemy that is within 6 tiles. Her other attacks include Cryo Rounds, Neutral Adjustment, Amplified Courage, and Bond of Friendship. All these attacks make her a very strong character in general.

Sharkry

Sharkry is another SR character who has a lot going on for her. She uses the Assault RIfle weapon and deals with burn damage. Her attack, called Red Shot, deals 80% of the damage to any opponent within 8 tiles. This gives us the fact that she is actually quite good at long-range.

Moreover, other attacks of Sharkry include Boiling Soundwaves, Perfect Rising Tone, Highlight Moment, and Makeup Organization. She is a strong character but not the strongest one.

Ksenia

A support character in GIRLS' FRONTLINE 2: EXILIUM, Ksenia is a support character who uses a Handgun. Her top skills are all based on physical elements, but she can also do burn damage. When it comes to her abilities, Ksenia uses Special Discount, Favorable Cycle, and  Comprehensive Rescue, and her ultimate skill is The Secret to Making Money.

With her ultimate, she gains Heat Recover Blazing Assault II, all for 2 turns, which is quite impressive.

Sabrina

Sabrina is another killer character who is often considered SSR, but when you look at her stats, her attack, defense, and some other things just don't make the mark. But still, she is one of the best A-tier characters that you can get today due to her great attacks like Gourmet Spirit.

B-Tier

Mosin-Nagant

Mosin-Nagant is another amazing SSR character from the Sentinel class, and she is an electric type. Her abilities are some of the best that you can see in the game, and she uses a Sniper Rifle to dominate her opponents.

Her skills like Patrol Time, Target Victory, Positive Mindset, and Declaration of Victory are some of the best attacks in the game.

Nemesis

As dark as her name is, her abilities are even darker. Nemesis is the perfect character for you when you're new to the game due to the abilities she provides. She also does corrosion damage that can eat your opponents from within, giving them almost no space to breathe.

Moreover, her attacks include Victory Portent, Enlightened Star, Penetrating Casket, Stellar Pursuit, and Remote Observation, which is a buff that gives her team a good amount of head start.

Papasha

Papasha is an SSR character from the  Sentinel class, but her stats aren't the best. She uses SMG weapons and is great for beginners overall. Her attacks like Warning Shot are still decent because she can do 60% of damage to 1 enemy within 6 tiles zone.

Her other skills include Honor Guard, Join Breakthrough, Heart of Protection, and United Guards, which is the key to her ranking here.

Cheeta

Cheeta is the epitome of her name because she is fast, strong, and gorgeous. She uses Burn damage, which is one of the highest forms of damage in the game, and has good health, too. Her attacks include Welcome Gift, Spicy Candy, Firework Festival, and Surprise Box, all of which make her character up.

Vepley

When it comes to Vepley, you cannot go wrong. She is from the Vanguard class and uses Shotgun to attack her opponents. Moreover, she is a cute idol figure with a lot of great attacks like Live Interaction, All Out Performance, Exclusive Stage, Infectious Enthusiasm, and Idol Talent.

All in all, while you cannot expect the best from Vepley, she is someone you would like to have on your team one way or another.

Colphne

Colphne is a support class character who does Hydro damage, although her main abilities include healing the allies and giving them buff from time to time. She uses Handgun weapons and is quite powerful at times.

But what about her abilities? Well, she uses Quick Reaction, which is a strong attack and can do 80% of damage to an enemy within the 6-tile range. She also has Crisis Aid, Battlefield Glow, and Emergency treatment, turning her into a decent character.
